Private by Default
Attendee identity, household details, messages, and media are behind role-based access. Photos and personal information are never public — access requires a verified login as a camper, parent, staff member, or registered family member.
Background-Checked Staff & Leaders
All staff members, leaders, and volunteers are background-checked and have completed safety training before working with campers.
On-Site Nurse — 24 Hours
A certified nurse is present on-site 24 hours a day throughout camp. All medications are managed and administered by the camp nurse — not individual leaders or staff.
Swim Safety
All campers complete a swim test before entering the pool. Only those who pass are permitted to swim in the deep end. Lifeguards and supervision are present at all aquatic activities.
Private, Church-Exclusive Campground
The campground is not open to the general public during our event. Camp Deploy is exclusively a More Church camp — we are the only group on-site, and the facility is not shared with other churches or organizations.
Verified Access Only
Login access is granted only to campers, parents, staff, and family members whose camper is registered in Planning Center. No shared passwords — each family uses a verified email login or invite link.
